WTSA’s Mindy Yang will join the Women of Cacao Summit on VIP Day to lead a workshop on the science of smell, taste, and flavor quality analysis. Participants will learn to decode complex cacao flavors, train their sensory palates, and elevate chocolate evaluation through multisensory perception.

This online session blends science, storytelling, and hands-on practice. Together, we’ll explore how cacao affects the brain, why flavor memories are so personal and powerful, and what sensory intelligence means for both healing and business.

Drawing on her work with Moët Hennessy, Chanel, and Dior, Mindy will share advanced sensory training techniques and highlight where the market is headed for brands that truly understand the link between wellness and sensory experience.
